At PlantUML Editor, we collect the following information to provide and improve our services:

• Firebase User ID: An anonymous identifier generated when you sign in with Google. This helps us track usage patterns and prevent abuse.
• AI Generation Request Count: We track the number of AI diagram generation requests you make to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage of the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Prevent abuse of the AI Generation feature
• Improve service quality and user experience
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance features

Data Storage

Your PlantUML diagrams are stored locally in your web browser using browser storage technology. We do NOT store your PlantUML diagrams on our servers.

This means:

• Your diagrams remain private and under your control
• We cannot access, view, or share your diagrams
• Clearing your browser data will remove your saved diagrams

Information We Don't Collect

We are committed to your privacy. We do NOT collect:

• Email addresses (we use Firebase authentication which provides us with only an anonymous user ID)
• Personal profile data from your Google account
• Your PlantUML diagram content
• Location data or device information beyond what's necessary for the service to function
